Payment Plans:
The Medical Billing and Coding program costs $2,500 in total. To enroll and secure your spot, you'll pay a $400 non-refundable deposit today. This deposit is part of your total tuition, not an additional fee. After paying this deposit, our admissions department will reach out to you via email within the next 24 to 48 hours to confirm your enrollment, give you access to the student portal, and share a link for you to set up your preferred payment plan for the remaining balance. Flexible weekly and monthly payment plan options are available, and your exact amounts are confirmed with your acceptance letter.

You can pay this deposit and set up your payment plan using any major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments can also be made using any valid debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna.
Program Duration and Schedule:
This program is 100% online and self-paced, so there are no cohort dates to wait for. Most students finish in about 12 weeks, with weekly live instructor sessions to keep you on track. You can start anytime, and the pace flexes around your job, family, and other commitments.

- All applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid photo ID and Social Security number are required.
