IV Therapy Training Program

Upon completion of your purchase, you will be enrolled in the IV Therapy Training Program. Please read this information before enrolling, as the program is non-refundable.

What You'll Get:

This training program includes 14 hours of self-paced theoretical instruction on our online platform, 16 hours of in-person lab practice at our academy, and all necessary lab supplies.

Program Duration and Schedule:

You must complete 14 hours of self-paced theoretical instruction on our online platform. After completing them, you will attend 16Ā hours of in-person lab practice at our academy prior to graduation, for a total of 30 hours. The IV Therapy Training Program at Florida Health Care Academy is delivered in a hybrid format to accommodate both flexibility and clinical skill development.

After completing 14 hours of self-paced theoretical instruction on our online platform, call us at (407) 759-5850 to reserve your seat for the 16-hour in-person lab practice at our academy.Ā Important: You must first complete the online instruction before booking your lab practice.

Program Requirements:

-Ā A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent will be needed.

-Ā All Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

- A valid photo ID and Social Security number are required on your first day of class.

Important: This program is open to all qualified applicants; however, to legally work as an IV therapist in Florida, students must also obtain a valid and active LPN or RN license after completing this course.

Credential Issued:

A certificate of completion will be awarded to students who complete allĀ 14 hours of self-paced theoretical instruction on our online platform, attend 16 hours of in-person lab practice at our academy, score a minimum of 75% on the final exam, and demonstrate clinical competency in all required skills.
