Medical Assistant Program Deposit ($200 Non-refundable)

Thank you for attending our workshop! By completing this purchase, you will be enrolled in the Medical Assistant program. Please read before you enroll.

What You'll Get:

Classroom instruction, hands-on training, notepad & pencil, uniform, guidebooks, lab supplies, HIV 4-hour certification, and one (1) attempt at the National CCMA Certification exam through the National Healthcareer Association. The EKG and Phlebotomy Certification Exams must be purchased separately for $129 each. All three exams can be taken at our facility after graduation.

Program Requirements:

- A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent will be needed.

- All Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

- A valid photo ID and Social Security number are required on your first day of class.

Program Duration and Schedule:

This program is available on a weekday schedule (Monday through Friday) for 12 weeks or on a Saturday-only schedule for 24 weeks. If you're currently enrolled in or have graduated from our Phlebotomy or EKG program, you can complete this program in 8 weeks on the Monday through Friday schedule or 16 weeks on the Saturday-only schedule. You can select your class schedule before enrolling, and we'll do our best to accommodate your availability. In the unlikely event that we can't find a seat on your desired schedule, we will reach out to offer you a different start date.

Payment Methods:

You can pay this deposit and set up your payment plans using any major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments can also be made using any valid debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna.

Payment Plans:

The Medical Assistant Program costs a total of $6,700. To enroll and secure your spot, you'll pay a $200 non-refundable deposit today. This deposit is part of your total tuition, not an additional fee. After paying the deposit, you will receive a welcome letter within 24 to 48 hours and can select your preferred payment plan.

For Phlebotomy Students and Graduates: If you are currently enrolled in or have graduated from the Phlebotomy Program, we offer the following payment plans based on your credit transfer:

  • Total tuition: $5,200 after the $200 deposit and the $1,300 credit for Phlebotomy.

Available Payment Plans for Phlebotomy Students/Graduates:

  • 8 Weekly Payments of $650

  • 2 Monthly Payments of $2,600

  • $5,200 6 to 24-month Klarna Financing

  • 16 Weekly Payments of $325 (Saturday Schedule)

  • 4 Monthly Payments of $1,300 (Saturday Schedule)

  • Pay in Full: $5,200

For EKG Students and Graduates: If you are currently enrolled in or have graduated from the EKG Program, we offer the following payment plans based on your credit transfer:

  • Total tuition: $5,400 after the $200 deposit and the $1,100 credit for EKG.

Available Payment Plans for EKG Students/Graduates:

  • 8 Weekly Payments of $675

  • 2 Monthly Payments of $2,700

  • $5,400 6 to 24-month Klarna Financing

  • 16 Weekly Payments of $337.50 (Saturday Schedule)

  • 4 Monthly Payments of $1,350 (Saturday Schedule)

  • Pay in Full: $5,400

For Phlebotomy + EKG Students and Graduates: If you are currently enrolled in or have graduated from both the Phlebotomy Program and the EKG program, we offer the following payment plans based on your credit transfer:

  • Total tuition: $3,960 after the $200 deposit and the $1,300 credit for Phlebotomy, $1,100 credit from EKG, and the $140 credit from the dual program coupon.

Available Payment Plans for Phlebotomy + EKG Students and Graduates:

  • 4 Weekly Payments of $990

  • $3,960 6 to 24-month Klarna Financing

  • 8 Weekly Payments of $495 (Saturday Schedule)

  • 2 Monthly Payments of $1,980 (Saturday Schedule)

For Home Health Aide Students/Graduates and External Applicants: If you are a Home Health Aide student/graduate or an external applicant (not currently enrolled in any of our other programs), you can enroll for $6,500 after the $200 deposit.
