How to Apply for the Scholarship

Complete the Application

Fill out our online scholarship application form to get started.

Write Your Essay

Write a 500-word essay on "My Vision for My Future in the Medical Field." This is your chance to tell us your story and why you are the ideal candidate.

Submit Your Documents

After acceptance, securely upload your high school diploma or GED and a valid photo ID.

Scholarship Details

Award Amount

The award amount varies depending on the quality of the essay. Awards are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Application Deadline

Essays must be submitted a minimum of 7 business days before the expected starting date.

Decision Timeline

We will notify all applicants of our decision within 7 business days of receipt.

Program Includes

Classroom instruction, notepad and pencil, uniform, guidebooks, lab supplies, HIV 4-hour certification, and one attempt at the National CCMA Certification exam. The EKG and phlebotomist exams must be purchased separately.
