  2. Installment Plans: Weekly or monthly payments toward the remaining balance. Payments are due on the last scheduled class day of each week unless otherwise agreed upon.

  3. Third-Party Financing: Through an approved provider (see Section 6).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a student’s enrollment is cancelled or terminated, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Written Notice: Cancellations must be submitted in writing (electronically or in person). A Program Withdrawal Form may be required.

  • Three-Day Window: Except for the non-refundable deposit, all monies paid will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted or if the student cancels within three (3) business days of signing the enrollment agreement and making the initial payment.

  • Before Class Starts: Cancellation after the third business day but before the first scheduled class will result in a refund of all monies paid, excluding the deposit.

  • Prorated Refund (Under 40%): If cancellation occurs after attendance has begun but before 40% of the program is completed, a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of days attended.

  • No Refund (Over 40%): No refunds will be issued after a student has completed more than 40% of the program.

  • Processing Time: All eligible refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days of the termination date or receipt of an approved withdrawal request.

5. Training Programs (Short-Term Courses)

The following terms apply to CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, CNA Skills, CNA Written, IV Therapy, and CEU bundles.

  • Non-Refundable Status: All training programs are non-refundable. Tuition, deposits, and fees will not be refunded under any circumstance, except if the Academy is unable to provide the training due to institutional error.

  • Forfeiture of Services: Refunds will not be granted if a student determines they do not qualify, is unable to attend, fails to complete coursework, or fails to participate in required in-person components. Failure to attend scheduled sessions or practical simulations is considered a forfeiture of the services purchased.

  • Rescheduling: At its discretion, the Academy may offer the next available training date if a student misses a session. If the student cannot attend the alternate date, all payments are forfeited.

6. Financial Aid and Financing

Florida Healthcare Academy does not offer federal financial aid. Instead, we provide the following options:

  • In-House Financing: We offer in-house financing at 0% interest for the duration of the programs.

  • Third-Party Financing (Klarna): We offer flexible payment options through Klarna.

    • Klarna’s approval process is independent of the Academy and is based on your credit history and other proprietary criteria.

    • Klarna determines all interest rates and terms on a case-by-case basis.

    • The Academy does not influence Klarna's decision-making process. Students should review Klarna’s terms at www.klarna.com before selecting this option.
