FHCA Medical Assistant Program Details
You’ll gain skills like taking vital signs, performing chart updates, and managing front‑office operations. Our curriculum is designed around real‑world scenarios and aligns with the in-demand responsibilities of medical assistants in hospitals, labs, and outpatient facilities.
Patient Interactions

Class Schedules Available for Our Medical Assistant Program in Orlando
The program is offered in two formats: 12 weeks Monday through Friday or 24 weeks with Saturday morning classes. Weekday students attend one class per day, choosing morning, afternoon, or evening. All core training and hands-on practice are completed within this timeframe to ensure every student gains the skills and confidence to succeed.

Requirements to Enroll in Our Medical Assistant Program in Orlando
🎓 Education: A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent will be needed.
👤 Age: All Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
🆔 Prerequisites: Valid Photo ID, Social Security number, and a $400 deposit.
Medical Assistant Program Certification
Upon graduation, you can take the National CCMA Certification exam at our approved facility. Your tuition covers your first attempt at this exam. Additional attempts, along with the EKG and phlebotomy certification exams, are not included and must be purchased separately.
